A leading investment bank are looking to hire a Cyber Security Manager to drivie the cyber assurance programme to reduce the the bank’s cyber threat liability as well as as BAU cyber assurance processes. This bank are operational across APAC, EMEA and North America and are undergoing a massive tech transformation with cyber at the core of what they do. The successful applicant for the Cyber Security Manager, will operate as individual contributor in a truly purple role.

Your profile:
To be considered for the role of a Cyber Security Manager you:
– Will come from a technical background, with hands experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure, network or cloud
– Be able to demonstrate your experience in architecting and engineering complex security solutions to adhere to global frameworks and internal standards
– Will have come from a technical background into security, with experience in Scripting and automation
– Will have experience of migrations into the cloud, whilst there is no strong cloud preference, this bank is a MS house so Azure is preferable
– Are a technically curious and hands on cyber practitioner who wants to look at defensive security whilst also having the ability to Pen Test
Cyber Security Manager
Your responsibilities:
The successful candidate for the role of Cyber Security Manager will be responsible for:
– Driving the implementation of security controls across the business, working in a collaborative and effective manner
– Conducting cybersecurity assessments across a variety of projects, driving a secure – by – design approach across the tech teams
– Keeping abreast of the changing threat landscape so that the bank can be protected from risks in web, mobile and Client Server architecture
– Working in a collaborative global team, supporting incident response activities as and when required
– Producing draft responses to regulators across the different geographies within which the bank operates
