The Role:

As a Senior Application Support Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our client’s applications. With at least 5 years of experience in application support, you’ll bring your expertise to a high-performing team, taking ownership of escalations and serving as the go-to expert for complex issues. You’ll also have the rewarding opportunity to mentor a junior team member, helping to shape the next generation of talent in the company.
