Responsibilities:
- Have a significant impact on key architectural decisions.Your insights and expertise will be crucial as the business evolves.
- Stay engaged in hands-on coding and development, primarily in.NET, Azure & SQL, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered.
- Work closely with various teams, including product, development, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, ensuring efficient and reliable deployments.
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding across the organization.
- Thrive in an environment that values autonomy, collaboration, and a positive work culture, contributing to a team that prides itself on innovation and flexibility.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in .NET, Azure, and SQL, with a deep understanding of best practices in software development.
- A passion for coding and problem-solving, with the ability to dive into the technical details.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
- A team player who enjoys working cross-functionally and contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals, with a flexible approach to working remotely and in-office.
