Bristol based – x3 days per week in office
Spencer Rose are currently looking for a Business focused Enterprise Architect with a leading financial services organisation based in Bristol, but offer flexible hybrid working. Within this role, the Enterprise Architect will be responsible for 2 Solutions Architects and 3 Business Analysts that will be driving product delivery through transformation and optimisation initiatives supporting the overall business strategy.
The Business Enterprise Architect will have the following responsibilities –
- Lead the analysis of the business’ future-state capabilities as well as their current to identify critical gaps and opportunities with the aim recommending solutions for improvement.
- Translate and guide execution of business strategy to achieve the organisations targeted business outcomes
- Lead the analysis of the domains technology environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement
The Business Enterprise Architect will need to have the following skills/experience –
- 5 years experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar
- Must have experience in the full project development lifecycle
- Previous experience working within Insurance, Financial Services or Automotive industry space
