On behalf of a prestigious financial services organisation, I am seeking a highly ServiceNow specialist to join the business as a ServiceNow Manager. Working a key part of their Infrastructure Management team you will provide strategic oversight and ownership for the design, development, modification, and implementation of mid- and long-term solutions within the ServiceNow platform
The company operate a hybrid work policy and therefore you must be willing to commit to 2 days per week and must be within commutable distance of their London HQ.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic oversight and ownership for the design, development, modification, and implementation of mid- and long-term solutions within the ServiceNow platform
- Provides expertise and leadership in ServiceNow platform and integration design to meet business requirements.
- Work directly with customers to understand business requirements for ServiceNow platform.
- Manage ServiceNow vendor relationship and developers.
- Responsible for managing scope of work, ensuring contractual deliverables and managing change orders for ServiceNow enhancements.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations of ServiceNow roadmaps that align with business strategy.
- Provide technical and architectural guidance, support and training for other team members.
- Provide knowledge of CMDB and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) concepts and best practices.
Skills/Experience required:
- 5 to 7 years with hands on work experience with ServiceNow Development or Management preferably within a regulated financial services envrionment.
- Advanced experience in configuring/implementing/developing ServiceNow functionality across ServiceNow modules (cross-platform)
- Technical knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM functional area
- Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and concepts
- Experience working with customers to gather business requirements and develop a technical solution design to meet the requirements.
- Experience designing business functions, processes and information flow within ServiceNow or between ServiceNow and other business systems
- Experience implementing ServiceNow upgrades and patches, knowledge of ServiceNow upgrade and patching process
- Experience managing ServiceNow code changes in update sets and promoting and applying update sets across instances,
- Knowledge in ServiceNow Development and Administration techniques
- Experience implementing integrations of ServiceNow to external systems with knowledge of common integration techniques
- Design and deployment of CMDB, CMDB discovery and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) concept
- Experience KPI reporting including CMDB Health (Completeness, Compliance and Correctness) and managing on a monthly/weekly basis.
- ITIL Foundations Certification with ITIL Expert highly advantageous.
