Business Intelligence Analyst
A City of London based financial services organisation are looking for a BI Analyst to join their team. The Data & Analytics team focus on customer experience and outcome, to provide business insights that drive commercial results.
Due to the organisation operating a hybrid work model, you must be within commutable distance of their London offices and willing to be office based 1-2 days per week.
The BI Analyst will be responsible for:
- Planning and delivering analytical/data driven projects.
- Investigating and identifying trends in operational/sales data and providing insightful recommendations.
- Supporting the development of Analysts within the team.
- Confidently identifying and resolving problems.
- Adhering to First Line Controls within their daily tasks.
Key skills the BI Analyst must have:
- Experience in personal/retail financial services.
- Strong SQL skills (SSIS/SSRS)
- SQL querying skills.
- Expert knowledge of excel.
- Confidence manipulating data.
